Shari Dunnington of TRG Inc., a lead-development company in Kansas City, will present a workshop on "Professional Lead Qualification: Is It for You?," from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. She will discuss how to qualify leads and use them in successful marketing efforts, and how to launch an internal or external lead program.
