Customer Acquisition Pro to Speak At KC Direct Marketing Association Meeting

Ron Jacobs, president of Jacobs & Clevenger, Chicago, will present "Stop Customer Defection - Understanding Customer Win-back" during the Kansas City Direct Marketing Association monthly meeting on Tuesday, May 10, at Homestead Country Club, 6510 Mission Rd., Prairie Village, Kan. The dinner meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. and costs $30 for members and $45 for nonmembers.

Jacobs will presents ideas on how to regain customers by developing an effective win-back policy and lost-customer monitoring system. Jacobs is co-author of "Successful Direct Marketing Methods" and is a senior lecturer in the Medill/Integrated Marketing Communications Program at Northwestern University.

Workshop
Ron Jacobs will also lead a workshop from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. on "Wooing, Wowing and Winning Qualified Leads." He will explain how to evaluate lead acquisition techniques and develop a consistent, low-pressure process that improves the customer experience.
