JOB TITLE: Sr. Account Executive

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Director of Client Services
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the analytical strategy and day-to-day management of assigned clients. Coordinate all aspects of the programs including strategic planning, execution and reporting. The role supports clients directly and provides strategic leadership in the effective implementation of database and analytical marketing principles and techniques for the clients business.
ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION: Small to mid-sized database marketing agency located in Overland Park, KS specializing in implementing sophisticated marketing strategy stemming from advanced analytical and data warehousing competencies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analytical Marketing Implementation, Client and Campaign Management
• Campaign planning including contact plan development, multi-channel integration, test methodologies, reporting plans and on-going optimization of future campaigns
• Management of the client's analytical marketing process including development of scope, reporting, and communication with external creative resources on relevant segmentation to develop targeted direct response campaigns
• Responsible for collaboration with the Analytics and Data Management groups on lists, data processing, test design and corresponding reporting and analysis
• Initiate and cultivate relationships of cross-functional agency teams and managers
• Develop and nurture solid working relationships with key client contacts
• Participates in the development and promotion of strategic relationship marketing solutions to meet client business objectives
• Financial responsibilities including management of costs associated with assigned clients
• Supports cross sell initiatives of CRM services to existing clients as well as participate in new business opportunities to help identify analytical marketing opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Education: College degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
• Experience: 4-6 years of applicable experience with a minimum of 4 years in a direct marketing role with at least three years with a marketing agency preferred
• Experience in direct marketing project management with a proven record of executing detailed projects and demonstrating critical thinking skills
• Thorough understanding of direct marketing analytical and creative strategy
• General knowledge of database management and core principles of data driven direct marketing systems and processes including testing and tracking
• Ability to manage daily interaction with clients including leading client-facing meetings.
• Ability to work independently and with others as part of a team with integrity, professionalism, and dependability
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills required. Must be familiar with the use of presentations, conference and status reports
• Experience in digital marketing including social, email, and the analytical tools for tracking engagement online
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage workload to critical deadlines
