What can you bring to Integer?
We're looking for a Group Account Director in our Des Moines, Iowa location, The Group Account Director is responsible for leading a multi-tiered communications plan, including both strategy and execution. This includes, moving retail-specific initiatives forward, building brand awareness and driving product/service preference and response activation levels of communication.

The Group Account Director is responsible for....
· Strategic, financial, and managerial responsibility for all assigned accounts and ensures that the Agency is well prepared to meet all possible Client marketing and advertising needs.
· Overall responsibility for Agency output and provides supervision, perspective, and leadership in the development of the highest possible quality product. Has key involvement in the supervision and development of subordinates. Setting and implementing the vision for assigned accounts.

· Monitoring account activity from a relationship, quality, process, strategic and financial perspective

· Planning and developing long-range marketing and advertising strategy and value-added for assigned accounts

· Employee growth and development leading client relationship management, strategy, and creative execution for an assigned business area.

· Building a high performance team to deliver on integrated approach to acquisition and relationship marketing. Includes establishing clear roles and responsibilities and develop both strategic thinkers and executers.
Do you have....

· A BS or BA in marketing and/or advertising preferred or equivalent, 15+ years of experience, 7+ in a client service role and 5+ years of team leadership

· Excellent negotiation skills and ability to bring together different points of view and internal stakeholders.

· Ability to understand and leverage strengths of key disciplines including: media planning, direct response, relationship marketing, creative, analytics, promotions, digital services, social media, public relations and account planning

· Ability to ignite the agency's creativity to unleash ideas that change the game and grow the business.

· Proven ability to lead multi-tiered communications (strategy and execution); including working direct response communications across multiple contact points including, on and off-line paid media, direct mail and relationship marketing.

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating professionalism, integrity and dependability is highly desired.

· The Account Director must possess and have demonstrated exceptional presentation and communication skills, both orally and in writing.

Account Supervisor - Integrated Retail Marketing

The Account Supervisor - Integrated Retail Marketing position is responsible for managing the day to day direct response portion of a specific client account to effectively meet client needs for prospect acquisition.
The AS -IRM is expected to:

* Manage the AE - IRMs in daily activities and able to assist in client requests/needs.
* Able to step in when AE - IRMs are unavailable to field requests from clients and takeover current projects
* Collaborate with all internal teams to promote team cohesiveness to reach client and agency goals
* Manage multiple projects on a daily basis and update Asst. Account Director on progress
* Assist in developing annual scope of work
* Manage client and agency teams to the profitable execution of that scope
* Collaborate with peers leading other areas of client business
* Resolve challenges for team when facing conflicting priorities

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree required with 7-10+ years of experience
* Experience in Media (print), Analytics, and Direct Response required
* Experience managing direct reports desired
* Experience managing client financials

Skills and Abilities:

* Able to manage others effectively and lead team initiatives
* Able to think strategically and forecast ideas and information
* Time management and attention to detail is a must
* Able to multitask and adapt to changes in deadlines and client's needs
* Able to work on multiple projects at one time
* Able to read analytic reports and find trends in the data
* Able to present information to both internal and external clients
* Able to manage budget's and forecast financial needs
* Expertise in direct response communications, include process, trends and best practices
* Able to persuade team and client's to buy into your point of view

Sr. Account Executive - Account Services

The Senior Account Executive position is responsible for overseeing the development of advertising, merchandising and product launches within a Big Box retail environment, with an eye on continuously improving on delivering a quality, branded experience by educating and guiding target consumers through the shopping process.

Candidates with a BS or BA in marketing and/or advertising preferred or equivalent, plus a minimum 4+ years experience at either an advertising agency or in client-side marketing position, regional or national retailer experience supporting sell thru of manufacturer products preferred. Experience working with Home Depot, Lowe's Home Improvement or Menard's, preferred. Extensive knowledge of retail merchandising including permanent displays, preferred. Knowledge of advanced sales and product mix analytics, a plus. Demonstrated experience with developing strategy and presentations to sell in new programs and initiatives. In addition, also requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organization skills and Microsoft Office skills. Experience with project management systems, a plus.
Candidates must also have experience successfully managing collaboration with internal departments including production, account planning and creative. Ability to work within a team environment, exuding professionalism, integrity and dependability is highly desired.

Relationship Marketing Sr. Account Executive

The Relationship Marketing Senior Account Executive will be responsible for the development and day-to-day management of relationship marketing programs to support assigned clients. The role acts as a liaison between Client, and the internal departments within Integer including Creative, Print Production, Digital and Analytics.

Qualified candidates will have: a college degree or equivalent experience and 4-6 years applicable experience with a minimum of 3 years solid direct marketing experience with at least two years agency experience required.

This position also requires experience in direct marketing project management including direct mail and email programs with a proven record of executing detailed projects and demonstrating critical decision making skills. Candidate must have a thorough understanding of direct marketing creative strategy and general knowledge of database management and core principles of data driven direct marketing systems and processes including testing and tracking.

The qualified candidate must also have the ability to manage daily interaction with clients including leading client-facing meetings and work independently and with others as part of a team with integrity, professionalism, and dependability. Also requires the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills required. Must be familiar with the use of presentations, conference reports, status reports and Agency Point of View's.
