Mail Print has developed a new inside sales position to help support our highly developed sales structure to qualify and gain access to specific targeted markets.

In this role you will be responsible for research, pre-call qualification, lead nurturing and appointment setting around specifically targeted sectors for new business.

• You will be provided targeted lists within focused vertical markets in order to qualify and move them along our structured sales process.

• You will build a comprehensive map of the targets' potential areas of need, budgets available and profile their decision-making process.

• You will need to maintain timely and accurate data entry in our Salesforce.com CRM system.

Skills:

• Strong selling and negotiating skills, ability to utilize effective questioning techniques and scripting to qualify targets. Able to manage and overcome customer objections.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, self-starter, motivated, assertive and organized.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly quotas.

• Exemplary attendance record and work ethic.

• Strong skills with MS Office

Business Analyst

Mail Print is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to assist with the development, coordination and implementation of client projects for Mail Print's marketing automation systems. Candidates should be looking for a challenging, detail-driven position.

A successful Mail Print Business Analyst has a strong knowledge of web applications and can identify and articulate client needs. The Business Analyst will develop a strong understanding of Mail Print's various marketing automation systems and be able to successfully implement them into action.

Responsibilities:
• Serves as primary customer contact during client implementations, ranging from four weeks to six months
• Define client requirements and clearly plan and articulate all components of the project including resource planning, schedule, budget and risk management
• Responsible for timeliness and quality of deliverables
• Create training materials and deliver to clients, could involve client presentations as needed
• Has latitude on working within established processes and procedures
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned
• Review standard reports and generate custom reports
• Assist CSR team in responding to consumer complaints and inquiries regarding the applications
• Appropriately escalate issues to management for support and/or guidance
• Manage the day to day progress and success of projects with internal and external partners
• Facilitate project status updates with internal project team and client

Requirements
• Minimum of three years experience documenting and refining of business requirements and business specifications related to software applications
• At least two years experience with direct client interaction, relationship building or account management
• Demonstrate project management skills including managing multiple projects at one time
• Must demonstrate process development skills including keeping work flowing along with minimizing problems or delays
• Perform assignments independently and work unsupervised
• Effective oral and written communications
• Must be willing to travel within Kansas City area 2-4 times a month

Sr. .Net Application Developer/Technical Lead

Position Purpose:
Direct-hire position in Kansas City, MO for a Sr. .Net Application Developer to design, code, maintain and support high-quality .Net-based applications in a small team environment. This position involves making architectural design recommendations, performing unit, integration and system testing on each assignment. The ability to collaborate well with both IT and business to identify the best and most cost-effective solution(s) is important. Work will involve new development as well as production support.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Initiation
• Provide input and direction on project scope - specifically the impact to the overall application

Requirements

• Work with Product Owner to analyze requirements
• Review and provide input/comments on business and functional requirements
• Write technical specifications document based on business and functional requirements and deliver an accurately-coded solution
• Provide thought leadership that minimize cost while positioning the application for vertical and horizontal scaling
• Review technical implementation with infrastructure team to determine impacts

Design
• Write detailed design and technical specifications documents
• Work with systems engineer to update and/or develop systems documentation
• Provide expertise on technical architecture and design
• Conduct design and code reviews
• Provide task details and estimates to project manager to build project schedules

Development
• Develop innovative cost-effective solutions to enhance our core products using industry best practices
• Responsible for overall application development (UI thru DB) that is fully unit tested as defined in the technical design document
• Provide alternative solutions for required design changes based on technical limitations found during the development phase
• Work with project manager on critical issues to determine impact(s) on the project

Test
• Responsible for providing support in the overall test phase; ownership of bug tracking and closure; including all updates to technical design documentation
• Review business and system test strategy plans; provide feedback on use cases or scenarios to ensure 100% test coverage of business requirements
• Responsible for performance test planning (longevity and load testing) and execution

Installation
• Responsible for the overall install support, attending all production-related install activities and post installation validation
Post-Production Ownership
• Responsible for reviewing production issues and assigning to the development staff
• Responsible for presenting alternatives to the team and recommending solutions

Technical Skill set:
• Expert knowledge and demonstrated work experience including but not limited to:
o VB.Net, C#, SQL Server, ASP.Net, IIS
o Web Services, XML. SOAP
o API development
o WCF
• Solid experience and skills designing and implementing object-oriented software solutions with a strong emphasis on industry best practices and design patterns including performance tuning
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong experience in designing relational and multi-dimensional models; experience with the Kimball methodology is a plus; SQL Server.
• Generate architectural solutions and technical specifications along with design planning and design reviews, including estimation level of effort (LOE).
• Develop structured system and integration test plans and execute tests along with assisting UAT testing
• Document work including code comments, help files and administrator and end user manuals.
• Acquire working knowledge and subject matter expertise in various Mail Print applications and systems
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products including, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Access proficiently.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in Application Development, Systems Design, and 5 years as a technical project lead.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) across a wide range of systems at an enterprise architectural level

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Strong listening and data collection skills.

Education and Experience
• BS degree, preferably in a technical field with MS certifications. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Graduate MIS degree desirable
• 12+ years of software application development experience with MS technologies; the last 5 as a technical team lead
• 8+ years web development for enterprise POS systems
